  Wow. This place has gone downhill astronomically since it opened. The owner must’ve made his money and stopped paying attention to his business. Shameful.

  We hit the jackpot. The food was so good and the person there was so kind helping us find the right food. I will be coming back. Everything was good and you can’t go wrong with the Philly hot dog

  This place pricing wise is a rip off That being the burgers very tasty and good quality chili tasted funny but can also tell the hotdogs are good as well. If you don’t mind paying a knuckle but enjoy good quality food try them out…. Just make sure you don’t have anywhere to be as they do take long.

  This was my first time trying Jordan’s Hot Dogs & Mac and unfortunately it will probably be my last. I came in for the 50-cent wing promotion and ordered 20 wings. When I ordered, the cashier told me that for every 10 wings I had to order a side. That rule wasn’t explained beforehand and it felt confusing the way it was communicated. I ended up ordering fries for both orders. I placed my order around 6:00 PM and was told it would be about 10 minutes. I sat down and waited, but several people who ordered after me received their food before I did. I didn’t get my order until around 6:30 PM. When I finally got my food, the wings were cold and the fries were hot. I noticed one plate was small and the other was large even though I ordered the same thing for both. That was confusing. Another thing that concerned me was seeing someone in a nursing uniform going in and out of the kitchen area while telling another customer they had just come from school. That didn’t seem very sanitary. Overall, the experience was frustrating for my first visit. I hope the restaurant improves communication, order organization, and kitchen practices in the future.
