But when I arrived there they were already closed although the closed time was said to be 9pm Sunday. What was really frustrating was their rudeness. They simply ignored you without any attempt to explain. I immediately contacted their customer service but still no solution. I guess I won't go to any Subway the rest of my life.

I understand you may not be excited to work but at least fake it. There is one worker there that will spend her whole time in the back until you ring the bell. She never comes up front because of the door sound and that is just terrible.
