Not only that, but when we did get our order, we were missing an item. I tried calling and was on hold for an hour and a half. When I finally did get someone to report that we didn't get out item, I was told they need to call the driver to confirm. Of course, the driver says he gave us everything, when he didn't. They said I could just get a free pizza next time, but I wanted what we ordered. She said it would take them an hour and a half to get it to us, so I said fine, whatever. 2 hours later, still no item. I called again to say I wanted a refund. It is now Tuesday, with no sign of a refund. I will never get anything from this store again.
