Tonight I placed an order (#61) at 9:09 for the little burger with almost every free condiment and ingredient I could. I was hungry but now I am disappointed in the actual burger. First off, I walked in and they all smiled but I said hi back and they scattered to parlay. Yes, it was nearly closing time so whatever. The cashier, Riley took my order after making me wait to separate 2 dollar tips for his co workers. I placed my order and sat down. I see the oldest employee bagging peanuts in a bag and I asked for a bag. He says, "it's our policy that customers can't get the bags ( even though that might be true my actual burger came in the SAME bag) . I put a bunch of peanuts in the little container and awaited my burger. None of them looked happy to be there that night but I played solitaire on my phone to get my time to pass. Then, he calls out my order, the line cook at the moment, and I tried to make a joke so he know I'm okay and that it's not that bad, "you don't have to call out my order number I'm the only customer in here" his smile faded so quickly. I was like okay, still whatever.. then I finally eat my burger and it's thin, too thin, cold, and barely cooked. The best part was the bun and the vegetables I added to it. It was not worth the 8.49 and I gave the change, I paid cash, to the tip jar because I had empathy or sympathy for the workers. Also, the peanuts tasted better AND burger king on whalley Avenue has better burgers and customer service. I am highly disappointed and won't be spending money here again. No thankgya.

Don’t waste your time going to Amity. This is the second time we’ve gone and this was the portion of UNDERCOOKED fries we received. Such a waste of money. Go to Branford or North Haven instead.

Not as greasy as some say. Burger was mediocre, not worth the price. I enjoyed the fries, though, despite them being slightly overcooked.

A friend wanted to eat here. Five Guys is higher quality fast food. The double cheeseburgers look & taste fresh and homemade. Same for the milkshakes made with real ice cream. Ate ¼ of the Dble CB. They're a decent size definitely enough beef. $13 for a double cheeseburger. $6.99 for Fries. $6.99 for SMALL milkshake➡ The only size offered. I don't think the food is worth the costs. Ultimately up to the individual to decide what's worth spending their money on.
