She let me order and then told me after the transaction that the bathroom was going to be closed for the rest of the day. The coffee was good, but it doesn't excuse the poor customer service at this location. Instead of a sign that says bathrooms for customers only, it should say bathrooms closed when they are closed. I asked for a refund, but since there's no manager on duty tonight, they couldn't give a refund.
