Horrible, lazy people who don't know how to read because they are always missing something in my orders. What's the point of waiting or paying extra if they're going get it wrong?

I ordered a pickup mobile order 20 minutes ahead as I'm a nurse and I want some coffee in the morning before I head to work. I walk in after I arrive and it's still not done (20 minutes, just a coffee and a donut). There's two workers and they both have air pods in and one is listening to music, while the other one is on a call in her air pods. Worst service ever. It's fast food for a reason and I'm usually gracious with this stuff since I've worked in retail and the restaurant business before but this is ridiculous. I'm surprised this place is even open still.

Came on 12/28/25 approx 10:58a drive thru. 1 car ahead of me, I waited approx 7mins nobody taking care of me. I left the drive thru and went inside. 5-6 employees and 1 customer. A hostile, rude Arabic/Spanish male said I drove off and now he'd make me wait longer, even stated if I didn't like the service I can go to two other locations. He stated he was "extremely busy" I looked around again as I only saw 1 customer and the person who was behind me also waiting. My order was taken eventually by a woman whom English definitely a 2nd language to where I repeated it 4xs sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel. She insisted on bacon, so I repeated it again. Got my OJ waited. I asked for the Franchisee information to which nobody wanted to give me and told me if I had a problem call the number. I said no, I want the Franchise holder so I can air my grievances. Refused to provide any information nor was any info visible so I looked up the information and found Frank Dandrea owns it whom I will be contacting. If they couldn't handle 3 customers and calling that extremely busy I'd hate to see them with 4 or 5 customers they'd probably have to close.
