It was close to closing time so idk if they just quickly made my drink, but i’m never going there again. I’ve gotten multiple caramel craze and this one was horrible.

I’m not saying this based off of a one time experience because I have given this spot a chance a handful of times. The last two times my iced coffee was so disgusting I had to toss it! Let’s not forget the gentleman working the drive-thru at night was arguing with another customer. Tonight the drive-thru was closed I walk in while there’s a ton people young kids hanging out it is 6:30pm on a Saturday mind you the store hours day they close at 8:00pm they stated they were closed but there was a ton of teens inside.Just a very unprofessional atmosphere.
