I’m not saying this based off of a one time experience because I have given this spot a chance a handful of times. The last two times my iced coffee was so disgusting I had to toss it! Let’s not forget the gentleman working the drive-thru at night was arguing with another customer. Tonight the drive-thru was closed I walk in while there’s a ton people young kids hanging out it is 6:30pm on a Saturday mind you the store hours day they close at 8:00pm they stated they were closed but there was a ton of teens inside.Just a very unprofessional atmosphere.

The staff had an attitude as soon as we walked in and was not welcoming. When we went to look at the menu to view it, she rudely said, "There's nothing to see there," as if we weren't able to hear her the first time. Her tone was rude and came across as racist. It made us feel so uncomfortable that we walked out without ordering anything! Not the kind of service one would expect at Dunkin'.

- NNnikolaySep 2, 20255.0I like the interior of this place, all the brown colors etc. it’s very cozy. They don’t make things correctly that often and are often out of a lot of common ingredients, but they always seem to add double syrup in my Dunkin energy, so I won’t complain! 👍
