The customer service is also quite disappointing — I’d rate it 1 out of 5. This was my fourth visit, and three out of four times, the same issue happened. When I asked them to fix it, they either just removed some ice or added a bit of milk without properly remaking the drink, which completely ruined the taste. After requesting less ice multiple times, they still didn’t reduce it — instead, they just gave less drink, as shown in the attached photo. Very disappointed with this experience

I have no problem paying for the things that I want if I’m gonna pay for something I expected to be the way I want it. I asked for chipotle sauce and pay extra for it. She gave me a little bit and had a nasty attitude.
