- JFJESSICA FUNKJan 3, 20261.0They gave me coffee in a cup that I have never seen in a Dunkin before, plastic thin, weird one, I asked her for a real cup she gave me one and then yelled at me to drive away while I was trying to pour the coffee into the cup she gave me. Coffee was all over me and burned me. I will make an official complaint. Also homeless people run to you to ask for money while you are waiting at drive thru to pick up your order. Disgusting horrible. Worst Dunkin ever

The customer service is also quite disappointing — I’d rate it 1 out of 5. This was my fourth visit, and three out of four times, the same issue happened. When I asked them to fix it, they either just removed some ice or added a bit of milk without properly remaking the drink, which completely ruined the taste. After requesting less ice multiple times, they still didn’t reduce it — instead, they just gave less drink, as shown in the attached photo. Very disappointed with this experience
