All I wanted was to enjoy some pizza after a bad day, and they delivered a mangled mess of cheese and wet dough that could only most charitably be called a 'pizza.' Not only this, but when I called to ask for a remake, the person at the phone said: "you should have ordered a different crust/cut instead so this wouldn't happen during transport." Yeah. I ordered a thin crust pizza, which is what I've been getting for a DECADE, and never have I had an experience like this, nor been treated this poorly. I am disgusted. Tomorrow morning I will call corporate and demand a remake from a DIFFERENT DOMINOES run by COMPETENT PEOPLE. What a pathetic, nauseating, insulting, anti-civilizational excuse of an establishment.

Also when their screen said, my sandwich was ready They made me wait five extra minutes and when I asked about my sandwich, they ignored me. West haven ct has better customer service..

I was completely ignored for about 15 min. No greeting no we'll be right with you nothing. The two employees make it back inside so I'm thinking ok maybe they'll help me yea right they went to counting more money inside at the register. If you don't have common basic people skills then this isn't the job for them. I didnt order anything what a waste of time.
