  I came and ordered three coffees for my friends at workplace and I have no spot to put these cops and they telling me that they don’t have no trays for the cups. What kind of Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t carry trays for cups if you’re gonna order from this place don’t order more than one coffee because they do not carry trays.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is completely disorganized and has no idea what they’re doing. I sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes for a shaken espresso, just to be told the machine was “broken” and handed a cup of ice and milk like that was acceptable. Then I was told I’d have to wait another 40 minutes if I wanted actual coffee. Inside, everyone was running around acting busy, but clearly nothing was getting done. Orders weren’t right, communication was nonexistent, and the whole place felt chaotic. One employee didn’t even look properly put together, which just added to how unprofessional everything felt. I ended up with a plain hot coffee, no sugar, and an attitude from staff like I was the problem. This wasn’t just bad service—it was incompetence. Save your time and go somewhere else.

  I come here most of my days, I’ve always had issues but never really taken the opportunity to write a review. I went this morning @10:51am ordered loaded hashbrowns and a side order of has browns. And to my surprise they missed my side order of hashbrowns. No napkins and no utensils. Can someone please explain to me why in the world would I come back to no only get what I paid for but they forgot to place in my bag, I came for a fork to EAT MY LOADED HASHBROWN(which ya know got cheese and bacon). Why did this young girl (employee) ask me why the hell I need a fork? When I asked politely so why you asking me such a damn question. Girl am I supposed to eat it with my damn hands. She was already aggravated for messing up the order but even more irritated when I asked for napkins and a fork! Usually I would’ve just ignored it but I done had to many issues at this location and this questions just blew me away. I’ll get my loaded hashbrowns from another Dunkin. Them Whalley Avenueers gotta go.

  Listen, the ladies were super sufficient and personable I almost wanted to stay longer to charge my phone but I didn't need to the service was that good. They got my butter pecan iced coffee order correct, naturally the wake up wrap is greasy but they got my cheese right and the hash browns were not burnt nor salty. Everything tastes better when the customer service is top tieriest and super friendly as well, as well sanitized. And that's exactly how my experience went. Can't wait to go again for the same exact order Everytime. So glad Donkin has butter pecan flavor all year around. Summer and spring time wasn't enough for me. Thanks.
