  Please do not purchase gift cards because we purchase a gift card and only used it once, their system been down for a month, I was given one sandwich once at no charge and return to order and system was down again. I was told that I have to pay for sandwich even though my card still have money. It appears the upper management has no solution for this issue when your purchase gift card and can not use it. Save your self the headache and do not purchase gift cards if is not working and refuse to refund money. Several calls were made to district manager with no answering service or voicemail indicating whom you have reach. Good bagel but bad upper management at the New Haven CT store. I am not sure if the investors would want their investments being manage poorly which in turn leads to a bad investment because of poor management. I left with out breast sandwich even letting the Supervisor guy know I was hungry and is a regular customer. In these situation you have to support the local coffee and sandwich shops whom are invested in the community to build good relationship with their customers and resolve issues in a timely manner especially when it comes to food I would ASAP.

  This is my favorite place to go! These people know and adore their regulars. They always got you taken care of! Wouldn't wanna go anywhere else!
