I couldn't taste the caramel at all and they definitely didn't put the amount of sugar I asked for. I didn't realize it until I was out of the drive thru and I was already running late so I couldn't go back. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes they don't. They worry too much about getting people out of the drive thru fast instead of focusing more on making the product right. I always go to either this dunkin or the one in torrington. The one in torrington is worse. I'm done wasting my money with this company. I rather leave my house earlier and go to Starbucks. At least they always make my drinks correct.
