One particular female employee with skinny braids was very rude to customers , and took frequent breaks from making food to stand around while there was about ten customers waiting for food .

Ordered food from the online app and went to pick it up and told me they were closed 30 minutes before the actual closing time, which I was completely whatever about. What I did have an issue with was when I was parked to search for somewhere else to eat, they were taunting customers leaving the drive thru by sticking their tongues out and giving out middle fingers to customers. I understand being happy to leave work early, but for them to harass customers is completely uncalled for. It’s pretty clear this staff was poorly trained and managed. Corporate will be hearing about this.
