There were multiple employees present, but only one was actually working while the others were in the back talking. This caused an unnecessary long wait. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional behavior. While customers were waiting, the employees were only involved in their conversation, not aware of our presence and it felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand work can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with respect. Management needs to address both staffing accountability and customer service, because this experience was not acceptable.
