She is rude, dispectful, and shouldn't be in any customer-facing type of job. She made a young mother and child wait over 20 minutes for an iced coffee as she was on her phone. Others (including myself) waiting well over 30 minutes - while her male co-worker was working feverishly to get the food out. I have never experienced anyone as terrible as this person.
