Most recently, on January 5, 2026, I entered the store to pick up a customer order as a DoorDasher. Upon inquiring about the status, the manager blatantly lied to me, claiming she was "still working on it" when the order was, in fact, already completed and sitting ready. This deliberate deception forced me to wait unnecessarily for over five minutes, wasting my time and delaying delivery to the customer. Such behavior is not only inefficient but borders on sabotage, demonstrating a shocking level of stupidity, ignorance, and disregard for both customers and delivery partners. This incident left me frustrated and humiliated, and it is emblematic of a deeper pattern of dysfunction at this location.
Furthermore, on several prior occasions, I have personally witnessed the manager and employees displaying outright rudeness and ignorance toward other customers. This includes dismissive attitudes, curt responses, and a general lack of basic courtesy—such as ignoring greetings, rolling eyes at simple requests, or prioritizing chit-chat among staff over serving patrons. These repeated acts of unprofessionalism create a hostile environment that alienates loyal customers and harms Dunkin''s reputation for friendly, efficient service. It is evident that there is a systemic issue with staff training, management oversight, or hiring practices at this specific store, and it cannot be allowed to continue unchecked.
