I activate all my offers online and buy the exact item for the GO points and when I check out sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. More "don't" these days than do. Also I'm trying to get out of there with a few items sometimes and you only have 1 self checkout open out of all of them and 1 other checkout with a cashier? Lines half way back in the store. Where is management? I'm going to start checking out Big Y after 30 years of going here. Getting tired of the nonsense.
