An employee openly and loudly discussed another customer—how often they shop, where they live, and whether they “should” live there based on their own assumptions about the customer’s finances. This gossip took place within earshot of multiple customers. Speculating about a customer’s income, residency, and personal life is not customer service—it’s unprofessional, classist, and inappropriate. If the staff has time to audit customers’ lives, they should redirect that energy toward doing their jobs and minding their own business.

I am here again, one month later and now they only have 1 working machine. REPEAT.. out of FOUR machines, only ONE is working.
