The staff has always been polite and oriented towards getting the customers order correct even if some days it seems they are stressed or busy! No complaints.

The Americano was better than Starbucks and even better than some of these hipster, over the top cafes which can't even make a proper espresso. They were a quick, efficient and really nice youngen crew! It seems like everyone knows what they need to do and get it done right. I was very pleased with my sesame bagel w/ CC as well as plain with EC. Although they ran out of sesame bagels, they made sure to even ask me which bagel I'd like substituted. All in all, a little over eleven dollars? Take my money. If every Dunkin' was like this, it would be THE coffee shop of America.
