- ADAaron Duq1 day ago1.0If 0 stars was an option I would give that. i ordered off the app and called in to ask if the driver could call me upon the arrival so my Dog doesn't go insane at the door while trying to get my pizza so upon the driver Ali showing up i asked what the damage was Ali respinded with said you want 13 dollars back right yes that correct the total came to 26 and some change i was paying with a 50 he then continued to ask "No Tip" im sorry but 1 dont ask for a tip 2 I had already tipped you 3 do mr a favor and count me the rest of my change out he pushed me on my front porch tried to steal my pizza I had just paid for. I called the police he made up a story saying I was not trying to pay for the pizza but I had my 23 dollars in change. Make that make sense horrible experience.

I was told to call back after 5:30, because a manager wasn't there and they couldn't refund until then. The person on the phone continuously tried to talk over me, and tried to give me a nonsense excuse as to why the pizza was the way it came, when in reality, they just didn't read the instructions given by the customer. I'm extremely disappointed.

No cheese in the middle which isnt that the main thing for a stuffed cheesy bread? Called and the girl we talked to was rude made us bring it back and gave attitude the whole time. When we got there and showed the man he was like thats how its supposed to be. I personally have always had cheese in the middle everyother place but maybe thats not what this establishment does. Like why am i wasting over $20 for something they clearly dont know how to make. No apology or refund just straight up trash that I had to throw away because he didnt care. I wouldnt suggest going here if you want good food. Find a different Domino's that actually puts cheese in their cheesy bread. Oxford CT Domino's always loads the cheese in the cheesy bread. If you look at the pictures how is that even cheesy bread? All 6 (3 original and 3 remakes) all came like that no cheese in the middle. Edit:Why would you tell me to email you to resolve this and it be over 2 days and no reply back?
