As a customer we should have been awknowledged by any employee taking orders. “ we’ll be with you in a moment please”. instead of wait for over 5 minutes for us to say “hello?” Then having the employee tell us we we’re the ones yelling for a donut. How unprofessional and a poor experience. Other Dunkin’s locally have much better customer service and you won’t be getting mine anymore.
