- BPBeth Potter2 days ago1.0I am not exaggerating when I say they get my order wrong every single time. They forget my cold foam or donut, fail to give me a utensil for the loaded hash browns or give me chipotle instead of the queso I always order. I could keep going with endless examples. However, the most disappointing and unprofessional part of all this is they never apologize. They never try to make it right. I’ve been to other Dunkin’s in town and on the rare occasion they mess up, they always apologize and throw in a hash brown or donut for the trouble. At this Dunkin they act annoyed and irritated that you would even dare to correct their mistakes. I get mistakes happen every once in a while but this is a pattern. This is excessive. It happens literally almost every single time and I’ve been going here for years. I finally caved and decided to leave a bad review in hopes someone actually cares about this business and their customers enough to correct these issues.
