  ⭐️ 1-Star Review I had a very unpleasant experience during a late-night visit on the 3rd shift. The older blonde woman with pigtail braids who took my order was extremely rude over the speaker from the start. When I pulled up to the window, she spent the entire time talking to her coworker instead of helping me, took her time handing me my coffee, and then aggressively threw my change into my hand. Most of the quarters fell because of how forceful it was. Before I even had a chance to pick up my change, she told me I needed to leave the drive-through because they were “on a clock.” When I told her there was no need to throw the change at me, she escalated the situation and threatened to call the police. This was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. Customer service like this is unacceptable. Won’t recommend this dunkin at all!

  The drive-through worker, a blonde woman with braids, was extremely rude and disrespectful. She threw change at my sister, slammed the window in her face, and then yelled at her to get out of the drive-through while she was picking up the change from our car floor. Completely unacceptable behavior my sister told her she could be nicer and she started yelling saying she was going to call the cops if she didn't leave. i don't know what bad day she was having but we didn't have to deal with that.

  It's a nice Dunkin donuts spot. It's Dunkin' donuts it's not high quality it's not low quality it's fast food coffee chain it's never too clean over there but they're trying their best.

  Lady at Dunkin’ Donuts, who works at 2:50 AM on a Saturday night I know you hate your life. I know you’re miserable with your job. I know you’re probably having a very terrible morning and are just upset at the world that you’re working such a position but maybe don’t take it out on everyone else who is just going there to grab a bite to eat and is hungry. Not only were you disrespectful and rude and told me to leave out of the drive-through if I wasn’t going to order anything I had my window up because it’s -10° outside and I wasn’t gonna wait for you with my window down because you were busy taking another customer’s order. Once I proceeded to place my order, you decided to tell me that everything I wanted was unavailable or you didn’t feel like making it or you had one day old bagels as options. I made adjustments to my order and then I went up to the window, knowing that you told me, I would also have a five minute wait. Once there you decided to give me the meanest attitude and hand me over my order only for me to enjoy a sandwich without cheese and a very, incredibly cold, bacon and hash brown order. I am so sorry that you are having such a difficult life, but don’t take it out on people who are just trying to eat food and go out their day if you hate your life that much and you hate your job. There are other options. Mohegan Sun is always hiring.
