When she gets busy, she's very impatient. When I ordered the wrong food and had to check with her, she kept insisting it was correct and even told the person who was supposed to get the food to go get it from somewhere else, completely ignoring what I was saying. When we finally got our food, it was the wrong order. I had to go back to the counter and check with the cashier again.

Unfortunately this is not isolated to the Monroe location. Please get it together, McD. The app functionality is fine, just fix the post purchase experience.

- AMArt MMar 2, 20261.0First off their prices are significantly more compared to other McDonald's locations. Secondly, they are painfully slow and unprepared. I stopped here at 9:30 am for breakfast and every car was told to pull into spots to wait for their food.
