- SJSheila JohnsonJul 4, 20251.0The Wi-Fi never works. Even when you sign onto the guest account. So you can’t pull up your Stop & Shop card. Very, very frequently, you put in your phone number so that you can use your card and the system can’t find you. They offer to use a store account number so you can get a discount, but then you can’t accumulate points to your account. I think they do this purposely.to avoid giving advertised discounts and benefits. This is a very frequent thing, and very often I hear other customers complaining about it in line. They don’t seem to care. I recommend going to the Big Y down the street.
