Half of the staff does not seem to understand English fully when ordering and then something in your order half the time is wrong. Had it after today after having to have them fix my order twice and they still got it wrong but had to get to work with food I do not eat.

Overall, they will try their best to communicate and provide good customer service. The app was giving me a hard time because my order would not go through and the manager allowed me to order the big hotcake breakfast 10 mins after 10:30.

When I do deliveries I end up canceling orders because I’m waiting 45 minutes for orders. When I go to the drive thru I can’t even get a “hello” I just hear “what’s your order”
