  While getting served, the girl making my Birito was throwing the rice and scopes of beans on the dish as if I were in the chow line in prison. Did not drain the excess water. The back area at the drink fountain and counter tops were smeared with food and finger prints. I took photos to post but couldn't down load. It was very dirty with straw papers and napkins all over the place. First and last time I go there or any Chipotle. It was somewhat busy and felt they were pushing you thru the line.

  This place is great if you like to order what you want and receive the exact opposite!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET WHAT YOU ORDERED!! On UBER EATS I ordered a vegetarian bowl and guess what I received?? A bowl full of meat !! Where’s the guacamole? Where’s the peppers ???? Non existent but shut - up and eat the bowl of meat instead. I dug thru the bowl just to make sure I wasn’t missing something- like guacamole!!!! If I order a meatless bowl why did I receive a meat bowl ???? Make it make sense. I would’ve rather they cancelled my order so I can pick another place. Uber Eats doesn’t offer chat grievances which is Poor customer service. This location is a hot mess please just close your doors.

  This location has seen a decline since first opening. The employees look less than happy, the place/tables are dirty and the garbage is constantly overflowing. Not sure if it’s just this location but this could be better with a little effort and an attitude adjustment.

  I work 5 minutes up the road from the chipotle and every time I come in or order something is missing and the food is just not good or presentable. I Placed my order at 1:45 got there at 1:55 . Started eating 5 minutes later and everything was cold and the chips and queso not there. Honestly just do better

  I got a hard uncooked grain of rice. My friend had an unmelted quesadilla. We had weird fuzzies and chicken. AND NO ICE WHAAAAT. The workers had quite an attitude when people just wanted a kids meal and couldn’t seem to count the change. I also cannot handle the lofi house music that’s going on. I can say that they seemed to have a good amount of ingredients but the quality was not the best. The line cook is also screaming mine and is lurking around a couple of young women. The nail in the coffin was when the music started with “NA NA NA” At a volume that should be illegal. Please be advised when attending this Chipotle.
