    I went to Chipotle to have lunch this past weekend. The store was a mess. I will not be going there any time soon. Please train your employees to keep the store clean and tidy. I wanted to dine in but, it was too dirty. The workers seemed more interested in talking with themselves then serving me.

    We arrived @6pm @The Monroe location for our first time!!! Thier was not much food left on the line!!!:the pans were for the most part empty. The crew member we asked where's the food we've been busy were trying &had a nice smile!!! I saw one busy prep guy. I think this is a manager mgmt problem. I know one prep guy isn't enough when food is running out!!! The food prep charts need to be looked at again as it's holiday time. I don't understand how the line gets so low with no back ups!!! Disappointed!!!

    1 star is generous. I gave it one last shot today and ended up walking out without any food. An employee was ordering lunch and just gave his colleague a hard time cause he thought is was funny. Im waiting to order, no acknowledgement, or anything after a few minutes i notice there is literally no proteins. Everything is empty. No one is cooking, everyone laughing and having fun like its recess. Its lunch time... so I just leave. Mind you I tried to order in advance and my meal cost $35 for a burrito and side of chips with queso. I went to another place.. fresher food and $14 out the door with what I wanted. Hey Corporate Chipotle, happy to buy this franchise from this useless owner and make it a profitable business. Im shocked this hasn't closed yet. Would love to see the P&L. Clown show. 🤡

    Now I’m not one to write reviews that often but I have to after this experience. I’ve been to this location a few times now and every time has been horrible. The first I ordered online and they completely got my order wrong. I ordered a burrito and I got a bowl with absolutely nothing I ordered in it. But that’s not the point. Today I went in and I was basically empty in there. There’s about 4 employees there. One man is serving the customers and starts off by asking me if I wanted chicken or steak cause like usual there out of it. But I wanted Carne Asada so I got lucky. I order my burrito that barely has any rice. While he’s making my burrito there’s 3 other employees that in the back talking and laughing about God knows what( probably something stupid and not important), and their not helping the guy! I was also charged almost 20$ for my meal which is about 8 dollars more than I expected but I was already mad so I paid for it. I feel bad for the guy serving cause he’s trying. Although his burrito skills were the best. The 3 women in the back should be retrained because there not doing anything. Manager has got to do better but they probably won’t.

    Honestly the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to, and I go to chipotle every week. The workers are just not happy, they don’t care, they’re dismissive, act like you’re bothering them. The portions and food is mediocre. They are SO SLOW. I’m pretty sure my chicken was also not cooked all the way, so I didn’t even finish it. Very disappointing. Genuinely would recommend going to any other chipotle.
