  I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. First, the employee taking orders at the drive-thru sounded unhappy, bored, and very curt. Then, the employee at the window made no effort to properly handle payment — quickly saying it wouldn’t go through without even trying to help. To make matters worse, I was served a croissant that was completely cold, hard, and with a piece of cheese carelessly thrown inside. When I returned to mention it, the response felt almost mocking: I was told I should have asked for it toasted. A croissant should be served warm by default. A supervisor then came by, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, she simply said, “just give her the sandwich,” as if to rush me away. This is not acceptable. It’s shocking how poor customer service has become these days.

  Their scanner didn’t work on coupons they were offering. So I gave my card prior and she said scanner not working. I said “ I don’t want the coffee if it’s 3.50$ the coupon says .99 cents” she then proceeded to ask the driver of car if he wanted the coffee and he said ok with me not knowing she swiped my card anyway. Thankfully my credit card co. Refunded the amount. I just think that’s awful service. At that point just give me the coffee for free or charge me the discounted amount and move on. The coffee is not good enough to pay 4$ I only went for the discount and convenience and it turned into a bad experience In

  I’d like to start out on a positive note. The young man at the window was delightful and professional and knew how to provide proficient customer service. Other than him, the Mexican lady doing the drive through headset should not be employed there or needs more training before being alone. She couldn’t answer my questions as to if a certain drink contained any caffeine which to some people, partially pregnant ones or someone with a severe caffeine sensitivity, this matters. If you can not assure your customers what contents are in what’s sold, find a new job because your not helping promote the new drinks listed by knowing nothing about them. It’s very simple to ask someone around you who may know if you are unaware oppose to going silent and providing an “I don’t know”. Thennnnn when I get to the window to the nice young man, I paid for my order that was given to the lady and asked him about the drink, he very easily stated it does not have any caffeine and asked me if I’d like one. I said yes thank you and held out more payment to continue another transaction and she comes running over saying I only ordered this or that. No mam, I wanted more, you were unable to assist stay out of it!!!
