  This is the worst dunkin' donuts in the entire state they always get your order wrong You go in there and you wait 10 minutes for someone to even take your order when no one's even in the place I have not had one good experience at this dunkin' donuts once

  Went to Dunkin and I usually come every Saturday morning around 6:50am well today I order two croissant stuffers and when I get to work this is what they looked like ! Burnt and disgusting! Would You feed this to your children ? Or your parents The lady was so rude like she didint even wanna be there ! The guy on the shift was amazing he made my coffee correct & was very respectful! I would like a refund for my food I called the store and nobody is answering I will be going back to the store when I get off work !

  Very rude cashier, placed an online order, it was incorrect she did not Apologize say anything at all threw the drink in the garbage, hastily remade it, turned her back and walked away without a word. Very poor customer service .

  Very disappointed. I usually go to this Dunkin everyday, today I ordered a large ice tea and then a small ice tea after to put it inside my large ice tea cup, then I noticed when I was pouring the small tea cup into the large one, there was these small black particles looking like mold. It seems like they don’t clean the machines, only the counters. Be careful when you get any drinks from there, this can get someone sick or in the hospital. I won’t be going there anymore, that’s just nasty. The food is not great either.

  Ordered a bagel with cream cheese… when I opened the bag and unraveled my food the cream cheese was all over the bagel so bad I couldn’t even pick it up. I looked inside the original bag for napkins, and obviously there were none Absolutely pissed me off so bad I had to throw it out I spend a lot of money at this Dunkin. I probably pay their light bill sadly As it is convenient to run and grab breakfast and a coffee, its not convenient enough To be late sitting for 10-15 minutes sometimes 20 to waste my hard earned money for crap to always happen
