As I was walking out and telling my friend what a nasty attitude she had another worker by the name of Michael flicked me off as I was pulling out the parking lot. I will NEVER be back to this location again!
- JSJ L StillerMar 17, 20261.0ZERO STARS. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I ordered from Monroe because I thought it would be a closer drive than Bridgeport. Never again, because I had to go to Bridgeport afterwards to order another bowl, this one was so disappointing. I ordered through the app and requested extra of certain items and received a bowl that barely had the normal amount of those ingredients! At first glance, I thought things were missing. I tipped ahead of time hoping to get the same service I'd get if ordering there in person and instead I recieved less. When I arrived for the pick up time, I was informed it would "be a while" because I ordered steak. (There was a similar situation in Bridgeport for chicken so I can't fault Monroe for being out.) Vibe of the restaurant suggested I should have read the reviews ahead of my visit and saved myself the time. Do not come here, order elsewhere. I do not recommend.

Did not drain the excess water. The back area at the drink fountain and counter tops were smeared with food and finger prints. I took photos to post but couldn't down load. It was very dirty with straw papers and napkins all over the place. First and last time I go there or any Chipotle. It was somewhat busy and felt they were pushing you thru the line.
