- DLDanny Lugininin3 days ago1.0STAY AWAY!!!! We went there with two kids today. Asked for 2 single scoops of blue color ice scream for kids and two other flavors for us(adults). The two blue single scoops were very different in size. When I brought it to the lady’s attention she said SHE CAN TAKE SOME OUT FROM my daughter’s cup ( that she already licked!) I asked for 1 scoop of chocolate chip in a regular waffle cone and she Put in one of those big ones, I corrected her again and asked for a small waffer cone, SHE AGAIN put it in a wrong cone (sugar cone), meanwhile talking to another girl in Hindi or whatever language they were talking and laughing. Of course because she was just throwing the same scoop from cone to cone, whenever I got my correct order, it fell off from the code right on the table before I ever got to sit down. The nasty attitude an smirking of those girl I decided just to leave. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

Upon arrival there were 2 empty tubs of ice cream but no pink bubble gum on display. One would think they would put out the summer flavors of ice cream being that it is July 21st. To make matters worst I was sold ice cream that was probably from 3 summers ago. Because the gum disintegrated. I explained to management that I have been a loyal customer of Baskin Robbins pink bubble Ice cream for over 20yrs. When it’s old the gum disintegrates into the ice cream so you can’t enjoy the gum. He lied to my face telling me it’s new. The kids are extremely disappointed!!!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
