  Stopped at this Wendy’s and knew right away it was going to be an issue. The drive-thru employee didn’t seem to be listening—I had to repeat my order multiple times, and then again at the window, even though it wasn’t busy. When I got my food and pulled forward, I checked the bag and was missing items. I went back through and instead of fixing it smoothly, I was made to feel like I was lying. Also never received a receipt. Got home and the Baconator fries were a joke, barely any cheese and no bacon at all. I understand it’s fast food, but basic accuracy and decent quality shouldn’t be this hard.

  This is a great place to bring your family and have some fun. Plenty of entertainment for the kids and adults and the food is fantastic.

  Yeah, I can't hold back anymore. This was the third or fourth bad experience I've had and for some reason I kept coming back. They got my order wrong four different times and I really don't order anything special. One time when I told him at the window they got it wrong because I actually checked my bag, they said sorry, can you drive around the drive-thru and wait in that line again? I had to actually go back and wait for five cars just so I can come back to them and get a refund? I guess I found out more on why they do this because today I had yet again another order that was wrong after in the middle of me ordering somebody else cut the other person off on the mic and then tried to continue my order but kept messing it up in different ways. So I got overcharged and had to get a refund but they were like sorry we have a timer going. They seemed very rushed even though there was only one customer behind me in line. So because of their timer that they need to hit their numbers and quotas, I was forced to come inside and get a refund which I was never told sorry once for and definitely was blamed for how I ordered. The other experiences were somewhat similar so I won't go into those, just quadruple check what you got but even then it might be too late unless you want to park go in and deal with them.

  Manager Miguel is very rude and unprofessional. I do not understand how they have someone in charge that cannot adequately diffuse a situation. Miguel is a poor representation of wendys and clearly hates his job. Please go teach that man some proper customer service.

  Nice, convenient location off highway. Great customer service assisting with checkout and offer showers which I'd like to use sometime.
