  I just wanted to recognize an outstanding customer service experience today at the Milford Panera Bread. Lauryn went above and beyond and made the visit genuinely pleasant. I’m in here almost every day using my Sip Club membership, and I also rely on Panera for catering through my job, sometimes spending around $1,500 a month, so I’m here a lot and see how things run. Lauryn stood out. She was friendly, professional, and handled everything with the kind of attitude that keeps people coming back. I hope her manager, Ana knows what a great employee they have. Customer service like that makes a difference.

  great management but the diet pepsi in the cafe and drivethru is Super watered down. someone gotta look at the soda syrup tubes because it always tastes like seltzer with a hint of pepsi. they do give out samples tho which is cool edit 1: somehow the soda got worse the next day. going to be editing this until it’s good again.

  I would like to give a good review, unfortunately every time I go there the wait in the drive-through is just insane. Last time I ordered a plain, ready-to-eat croissant and had to wait 15 min. Cannot count on it if you are in hurry!

  I needed an order placed for catering today with little time to spare. The manager Anna stepped in immediately and took care of it. I had my order for 11 people completed and ready for pick up in approximately 20 minutes. This is the best service I’ve ever had at any Panera. Thank you.
