  You need to train your staff on how the app and rewards work. I have problems every time I come here. Every other McDonald's seems to not have any issues. At the ordering screen, I activate the reward, then provide the code. Then at the window, they ask for the code again. But the reward was already used, and now the app won't allow you to use it again. What are you doing with the first code??? Figure it out please. Super annoying.
