    Manager Miguel is very rude and unprofessional. I do not understand how they have someone in charge that cannot adequately diffuse a situation. Miguel is a poor representation of wendys and clearly hates his job. Please go teach that man some proper customer service.

    I usually come to the Wendy’s inside the Pilot in Milford, and every time I hope the service has improved. Today sealed it for me. I was told at the speaker that the drive-through was down, so I placed my order in the app for drive-through pickup. I pulled up, waited about five minutes with no acknowledgment, and was finally told to park and come inside. If the drive-through isn’t available, it shouldn’t be offered in the app. It’s basic customer service. Right after this, I drove 30 seconds down the road to Taco Bell. Complete opposite experience , polite, on point, fast, and professional. That’s what customer service is supposed to look like. This is the second negative experience with this Wendy’s in a week. I’m officially done with this location. They’ve made it clear they just don’t care.

    Should not be allowed to place order for drive through pickup on app if they make you go inside and say the drive through is closed after 12am every single time.
