I went through the drive-thru to order a kids meal for my son and a salad and sm Coke for myself. The person on the receiving end didn't acknowledge my kids meal order 5 times! They acknowledged my salad and Coke and ask if I wanted anything else. I repeated the kids cheeseburger meal with chocolate milk AGAIN. I went to the window, paid, was handed all of the bags at the same time. I drove into a parking spot to eat. My Coke was missing. I went inside and they refused to give it to me. They asked for a receipt, which I never got. They asked me if I wanted to order a Coke, which I didn't. I already ordered one. They came out with a receipt and said it wasn't on my order. They screwed it up. They refused to fix it and continued excuses for not giving me my Coke. Luckily I had a water with me. This is unacceptable.
