Ordered two Caesar salads and of course, there is a hair in the salad. I drive back to Panera, and go inside where I see multiple employees with hair down to their waists and no hairnets while handling food. I ask for a refund, and assistant manager Elizabeth was not at all apologetic, said hair nets are not required for people handling food, and was incredibly nasty when all I asked for was a refund. Never go to this Panera, I have gotten hair in my food for 3 years straight now. Panera has gone so downhill.
