  Ordered lunch menu online before 4 am for pick up at drive thru. No one came to drive thru. Went inside to find out "there system is down" and lunch is not available after 4. Order was confirmed but they did not make it. What a joke. Shouldn't be able to order food that is not available and they should've been at the drive thru. Wasted my lunch break on this crappy service.

  Hice un pedido de 4 hamburguesas por el drive-thru y solo me entregaron 2, además las papas venían sin ketchup, a pesar de que pedí explícitamente que me incluyeran bolsitas. Estaba viajando y ya en carretera no podía regresar a reclamar. Este tipo de errores son muy frustrantes, sobre todo cuando uno va de viaje. Falta más atención y cuidado al momento de entregar los pedidos. Y lo peor los precios tan elevados no vale la pena en lo absoluto!!!

  They have higher altered prices because they’re on the highway I guess…. Or just lousy management. Almost $9 for small fries and 4 piece nugget….got off the highway, drove to a more local one…$6 (-_-)

  Unbelievable never reopened the soda machines since Covid. One of the only McDonald’s to do this, Went there today and there’s boxes covering all the machines. It’s all taped up ridiculous.

  I was so excited to have my last chicken tender meal for a while. Let me just say the sprite machine is not currently working. I come home thinking about the delicious sprite and I take a sip and you forgot to put the syrup in it or whatever. I’m very angry and that ruined my night honestly. Not trying to be rude, but I am never going back if this problem isn’t addressed. I spent so much money just for some acidic water and I don’t event get my money back so yes I’m upset. I know you could care less but you should be ashamed.
