- JJJessica5 days ago1.0First thing I experienced was while at the drive thru speaker I was being rushed with a “Can I help you?” over and over again…even after I said I needed a minute please. I ordered the Cookie Butter Hot Latte and it was lukewarm and tasted awful. I literally purchased it and had to throw it away! You could tell the worker was lazy and did not care. She was too busy being on her phone. Now I’m stuck with a stomachache and no latte. This was (11/20/25 at around 1:45pm)

I have waited 10 minutes for a coffee then when I get it, it is completely watered down. It tastes like water with cream in it. The pipes in the bathroom flood quite a bit. Don’t come here. It’s a lot better to go else where
- GRGilbert ReyesOct 25, 20254.0Always come in for there deals . Can't gi wrong with a 6 dollar meal. Sometimes service is slow there but all in all they do a good job . Drive thru window is always busy . A plus is they just remodeled inside .

So waited another 10 min to get that. Also the staff has no manners at all. It seems like you owe them money when you are ordering. Can't stress enough what a terrible experience it was.
