Then my daughter's bagel 🥯 was Mini size..she took it out an we laughed ,they charged 5.75 for one bagel w cream cheese * not even extra * an the bagel was the size a 1 yr old could hold an finish alone...never saw one soOO small. I won't return to the one in Milford personally

The store was extremely busy, and there was only one employee working nonstop to keep up with orders. Out of nowhere, a manager came out and loudly reprimanded her in front of everyone, then told her to leave during the middle of the rush. It was shocking to watch and very uncomfortable as a customer. That’s not how staff should be treated, and it definitely didn’t feel like a well-managed location.
