The store was extremely busy, and there was only one employee working nonstop to keep up with orders. Out of nowhere, a manager came out and loudly reprimanded her in front of everyone, then told her to leave during the middle of the rush. It was shocking to watch and very uncomfortable as a customer. That’s not how staff should be treated, and it definitely didn’t feel like a well-managed location.
