  This location is not my normal area , but I was a little upset that altho they sell refill cups they do NOT have a refill bottom they said ...so could not charge me just for a refill ..it still cost me more then a normal medium ,to me that defeats why we purchase the refill cups is to save ..they were snippy about trying to accommodate me. Then my daughter's bagel 🥯 was Mini size..she took it out an we laughed ,they charged 5.75 for one bagel w cream cheese * not even extra * an the bagel was the size a 1 yr old could hold an finish alone...never saw one soOO small. I won't return to the one in Milford personally

  Just in case anyone has allergies and wants to visit this location - Don’t. You will need to tell them 4-6 times that you have an allergy, and they will still give you the allergen.

  As a customer waiting in line, I witnessed a situation that honestly ruined the experience. The store was extremely busy, and there was only one employee working nonstop to keep up with orders. Out of nowhere, a manager came out and loudly reprimanded her in front of everyone, then told her to leave  during the middle of the rush. It was shocking to watch and very uncomfortable as a customer. That’s not how staff should be treated, and it definitely didn’t feel like a well-managed location.
