They clearly didn’t read the label. So now I have to eat my breakfast dry now because I have nothing to drink It’s quite annoying They’re trying to kill people what if somebody has a allergy and they messed up the order and somebody drinks it they’re gonna sue them they got the order right the past few time, but this is the only time they messed up

Instead of handling the situation calmly or helping her employee, she chose to raise her voice and speak in a demeaning way in front of customers.. That kind of behavior has no place in a customer facing environment. She needs to be FIRED!

Instead of helping or supporting her, the manager came out of nowhere and started yelling at her in front of customers, then told her to go home while she was literally the only one working. It was uncomfortable to watch and extremely unprofessional. No employee should be treated like that, especially when they're working hard under pressure. Management like this is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.
