You can tell the servers are trying but they’re not getting any support, so service ends up slow and messy… Honestly, great job to the servers for even holding it together! Management seriously needs to step it up… or step out!

- EPeric perkinsMar 8, 20261.0We arrived yesterday last night at 715 the waitress came took our drink orders cool she came back about 10 minutes later and took our orders. 45 minutes later we're still waiting and she came back at 805 apologizing for the long wait which was understandable but what she failed to tell is that she forgot to put our order in and they gave us chips and dip free cool so another 35 minutes go by and we're still waiting. its 840 we still didnt get out food so 845 comes and we finally get our food and all of it was cold the burger wings as well as the wedges. When our waitress came back we told her our food was extremely cold and not edible she got the manger and he offered to make our food again it would take 25 minutes so we just decided to leave it was awful. Almost 2 hours just for chips and dip.

Around 4:30 the waitress let us know that our food got lost in the system and asks what our order was again. We did not want to eat there anymore, probably would have to wait another hour and a half.
