  Tried to give this location another chance after numerous negative experiences. They are always out of items and the employees seem lost/unsupervised.

  This Taco Bell deserves to be shut down and the owners of this franchise should be embarrassed to run such a terrible restaurant. They advertise open late but frequently close 1-2 hours early. When you can get food it’s cold and poorly made and tossed in the bag with zero concern for quality, often thrown in upside down and spilled into the bag. On top of that you just paid $8 for a taco, just to have it destroyed on its way into the bag. Nothing about this Taco Bell is good. Please do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere!

  Paid $14 for a burrito supreme and taco meal at the drive-through. Only one in line. Waited and waited at the window to get my food after paying. I get my food finally. There was minimal meat in the taco supreme. And absolutely no meat in the burrito. You charge these ridiculous prices and don’t produce a good product. I ordered number was 9c4810. you literally are the worst Taco Bell I ever stopped at. it will never stop at this location again.!!!!! And you wonder while your sales are down

  i usually never had a problem with this place till recently. almost every time, the drinks are wrong or missing. the food tastes good but this order i just got my taco is smooshed and my food is cold. i also got the wrong drink. like i said i usually dont really have a problem but seeing all these recent bad reviews as well, somethings up

  I think this place has some serious food safety and quality issues, that should be inspected by an health inspector. Every time you go to this location something is funky. I notice a LOT the fried foods, like taco shells, cinnamon twists etc. have this awful taste, like almost burnt and chemical taste. Not sure if it’s due to very old, unsafe frying oil, or something to do with what they use to keep the food warm. But it’s gross and raises real concern. Their refried beans are another SUPER common one. They load these burritos up with refried beans that either have been sitting WAY too long or they didn’t put enough water in to rehydrate them. They’re so thick that you can ball it up and play with it like it’s Play-Dough. Absolutely disgusting, nothing like biting into a Beefy 5 Layer Burrito and having almost no beef in the whole thing, but a giant mouthful of SOLID beans. Lastly what I’ve noticed is their cheese gets real funky sometimes, and it happened tonight which prompted me to finally make this review. I took a bite into a burrito with the yellow cheese in it, and it tasted extremely funky and off, almost sour tasting. I opened the burrito and smelled the cheese. Yup, smells off. Hopefully I don’t get sick! Also tonight the taco shell also had the bad taste, and I am now BURPING it after only eating 1/4 of the shell. Would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone that values not possibly being sick. Not sure if what’s going on is a bad team there, lack of training, or them just not caring, but this place is eventually going to make someone VERY sick if a health inspector or something doesn’t force them to change. Go to the Cromwell one if you want decent Taco Bell, never had ANY issues at that one.
