They failed to give us the requested sauces, even after they asked several times. To top it all off, they screwed up my Kid's happy meal order after nearly dropping our food out the window because Junior had to had everything out at once in one hand. Update 2: I was previously asked to fill out a feedback form. It's obvious McDonald's doesn't want any feedback because their form is broken. Can I give less than 1 star?

I don’t know why it has a lower rating and the people are on the wall. The food is hot fresh actually it taste like it’s supposed to or some McDonald’s even if you request freshly made they ignore you and you don’t get the nice hot fries. Whoever owns this place. Keep up the good work and your employees are good.
