The drink and condement area was obviously unkept. Tables left dirty. Everytime I have ordered they are out of toppings. I know the toppings can add up but is it really chipoltle with half of them missing? They were completely out of utensils, I was told to go to jersey mikes for a fork.

Food all over the counters, food that clearly has dropped into other food, dirty drink station, dirty tables. Also, it doesn’t matter how many people are working there, they are always out of food and they never ask the person on prep to start more. All of the workers I’ve encountered act like it’s their first day working there and they have no idea what they are doing. Just walked out of there for the last time because there was about 7 people in front of me and instead of working on one or two orders at a time they were working on all 8 of ours but no one’s order was getting finished. Workers were tapping out for other workers and then they would have no idea what’s going on with our food because someone else started it. There seems to be no leadership there. No one telling them to clean, when/what to prep, or how to proficiently take orders. Literally go anywhere else for lunch.
