    Ordered pickup tonight for one sofritas burrito bowl and one barbacoa burrito. When I opened the bag, there was a barbacoa bowl, and a single tortilla, empty, wrapped in tinfoil. I called the phone number for the restaurant on Google Maps to ask for a refund, but you can't talk to a human being at the location. Instead, if you have an issue with your order, you are directed to talk to their chatbot through a link in your email receipt. So I talked to the chatbot, and it gave me QR codes for two free entrees. Needless to say, I don't intend to use those codes at the Middletown location.

    I've been coming to Chipotle over 16 years 2 states. I've never seen a worse restaurant in my life, dive bars have been cleaner and actually had ice, plus all their drinks. Plus its a skeleton crew so there is usually a long line....

    Says closed at 11pm. I Went at 9:40pm and they were closed… the doors were locked and workers were breaking down.
