  Got 2 12 inch Sandwiches and she made 1 12 inch and 1 6 inch and charged us for 2 12 inch sandwiches and said because of the type of sandwich (the spicy Italian) it was smaller but still charged as a 12 inch sandwich.

  This location does not honor the 8.99 reward for a footlong on the app. They do not participate. My footlong for a BMT was 13 bucks. I believe last time I was there i didn't even pay 11 bucks for the same sandwich. Sandwich was delicious on wheat bread. But I would like to use rewards if I'm paying my hard earned money at an establishment.

  This location is selling six inch flatbreads and charging for a twelve inch. The server tried to refuse our refund request and argued that she did give my kid a twelve inch. She showed me a full size flatbread. I pulled the sandwich she made out of the bag to compare it to the actual full size flatbread and the full size flatbread was obviously double the size of what she sold my kid. The server made me wait 5 minutes while she discussed my request with someone over the phone, talking badly about me in Spanish as if I couldn’t understand. She finally gave me a partial refund that didn’t include the 7.35% sales tax that I paid. This location just gets worse with time. Surprised it’s still in business. I would recommend they stop trying to rip people off. If they’re going to charge so much for sandwiches, at least make it worth it. What a waste of money. I’ve been eating flatbreads at subway for years and I’ve never had this experience and any other Subway.

  Every single time I order the same sandwich, it's made differently depending who is on shift. There is no consistency. With that being said I stop in strictly for their cookies. Absolutely delicious, should have an award !
