  just got our order delivered from here. Man.. wasted $40. Couldnt taste any sauce if it had any, and asked for extra sauce had to add a bunch of hot sauce to give it some flavor. cheese was like pizza sat for a while, was no cheese pull like a fresh pizza. very thin does not hold toppings so you cant pick it up to eat it without a huge mess and everything falls off. Fries were mush and tasted like they were cooked in old oil.. We will not be ordering from this place again. Waste of time and money. Not good at all. and everything was cold...

  Pizza was like cardboard and French fries tasted like they were refried in old oil. Fries were dark brown color and just not good.

  Ok so to be clear I think the people tried hard. But when I get a phone call about a very simple turkey sandwich I was very concerned I ordered online and already paid. The confusion was concerning. I do not recommend that people make food they don't normally eat don't understand and don't know how to make. I've been in CT my whole life born here and in general the ITALIANS take the lead on pizzas and grinders..it's just how it has always been. Others trying to do it never measure up. Unfortunately this is a third strike for this area concerning grinders. I will never do it again. EVER unless I find Italians in there. I didn't do all my homework..the website looked good... But I should have gone to the reviews first. In general I haven't seen any actual Italian pizza grinder shops in Meriden/Wallingford. The Asian food is always good but this put me over budget because two bites and it was a do not continue. The bread was soaked in oil and I never heard of that. Soaked as in dripping into the container soaked. It was not a good tasting oil so I don't know what kind. If it was olive oil it was not a good kind and lacked a good Italian taste and the "oregano" was useless for whatever reason. The "turkey" ? Was not good quality meat. It was literally spongy and thatafre worried. I have shared a comparison collage because maybe a visual will work better. If you plan to be competitive maybe try experiencing the competitors food first. In CT( I know many have hopped over from NY... ) Food is high standard... Many owners source quality ingredients farm to table or they partner with local farms so the ingredients themselves are above bar unlike New York that relies more on competition through volume ..location etc.. CT is very small and it's common that high standards attract more customers than anything else like proximity. So I hope this gives formative feedback not just a reaction and criticism. I would say get some Italians in there or maybe change the menu?? Good luck and I saw good reviews for some other items so maybe do that only? Sorry it was VERY bad and just know for that DAME price I got four times as much at the Italian place in Enfield, CT

  Great pizza and great service! The pizza was hot, cheesy, and full of flavor. Everyone in my family loved it. Definitely ordering again.
