My food was sitting on a shelf the entire time but they couldn't acknowledge my existence until someone else got in line behind me. Obvioulsy by the time I got to my car the fries were a soggy mess. I understand being busy, but to completely ignore someone spending money in your establishment, that's disgusting. It takes 2 seconds to greet someone, and another 5 seconds to ask how you can help them. Plenty of places in the area that will appritiate your food order, your time and your money.

Manager closing on 11/8 yelled at me and said you’re going to have to wait very rudely even though I was just waiting patiently. Then when I ordered she was rushing me when I ordered didn’t even want to let me finish ordering. I pay about 56 dollars for my food which is fine if I get good customer service. Then she didn’t even give me the cups for the drinks I paid for till my food was done 15 minutes later and I had to ask another worker to give me my cups. I ordered a medium fry and I got a small with not extra fries in the bag. Was honestly dissappointed with the manager on duty 11/8.
