Donuts be soggy with melted frosting slapped on it for almost $3 , they can’t make coffee right but wanna charge almost $5. Went through the drive thru the other day and the girl didn’t want to count the change i was paying with and made the person in back of her count it and proceeded to have a attitude slamming stuff in front of me while I had my 8 year old niece In the car. The coworker then proceeded to tell her not to start slamming stuff in front of the customer and she proceeded to have a nasty attitude. Asked management for corporate number and she lied to me telling me I had to go all the way to the office on broad street and refused to give up the number. Honestly this was the only decent Dunkin in Meriden the others are way more horrible and cant get an order right to save their life and give out brunt food but now they’re just as bad.

It’s a pumpkin spice, She cut me off and said you could move forward. I got it so I’ll let her went up to the front didn’t bother looking at the ticket turned around seeing that its Pumkin spice, not what I ordered came back to the window. Very rude. Got another person. Also, did it wrong again. Throughout both coffees didn’t get one ruined my whole morning don’t go there. Lady was very rude. I was very kind. She was also pregnant so I made sure I was extra kind. Still got an attitude.
