If they can slow down and pay attention to the orders and what they are/aren’t putting in the bags things would go smoothly. I ordered a muffin and it’s hard as a ROCK!!!! How can’t you tell when putting in the bag that ITS NOT EVEN EDIBLE!

Went through the drive thru the other day and the girl didn’t want to count the change i was paying with and made the person in back of her count it and proceeded to have a attitude slamming stuff in front of me while I had my 8 year old niece In the car. The coworker then proceeded to tell her not to start slamming stuff in front of the customer and she proceeded to have a nasty attitude. Asked management for corporate number and she lied to me telling me I had to go all the way to the office on broad street and refused to give up the number. Honestly this was the only decent Dunkin in Meriden the others are way more horrible and cant get an order right to save their life and give out brunt food but now they’re just as bad.
