When we got home we realized one of the sandwiches was missing. We called the location and the lady hung up on. We tried to call back and the call was forwarded to answering machine. We tried calling from a different phone and same thing. Finally we tried calling from a third phone number and the lady picked up and she refused to make the sandwich that was missing and refused to refund the cost. She told us to call corporate to get a refund. She refused to provide her name and hung up yet again. There is no direct number to call for refund on the app or the website.
